We are located minutes from the city of Lake Geneva in the village of Williams Bay, WI. We invite you to stay with us seasonally on the shore of Geneva Lake. Rustic housekeeping cabins, shaded grass lawn, ample private sandy beach, pier, campfire area, and rowboats provide family activities for parties of two to six. Each cabin is equipped with refrigerator, stove, oven,air-conditioning, heat, microwave, and television. The cabins are available in one or two bedroom units. Activities abound with water sports, the lake trail, Kishwauketoe nature conservancy, bicycling, horseback riding, golfing, the world famous Yerkes Observatory and many other pursuits located only minutes from . New for 2018... Stay at the Normandie Lake House . The Lake House has a charming 1,100 square-foot furnished apartment that accommodates 6-10 people. It has historic charm with refinished hardwood floors, 2 bedrooms, one bathroom with tub/shower, family room, fully supplied kitchen with dishwasher that is open to the dining area, living room, communal front porch with table and seating for 4, communal covered back porch with table and seating for 4 which overlooks the grounds and the beautiful Geneva Lake. With your stay you will have access to our beach, piers, swim area, row boats and fire pit. An outdoor grill is available upon request. Dockside boat or jet ski moorage is available. THE DETAILS: House rental is $1678 ($239.71/night) for the Friday to Friday week with check in at 4 pm and check out at 11 am. Taxes are 10.5%. Security deposit is $500 . Cleaning service fee is $150 . There is a $25/day/person charge for groups larger than 6. Weekends are available upon request at a rate of $300 per night. Pillows, mattress pads and blankets are provided. Guests are invited to supply their own linens (1 queen size bed, 1 full size bed and 4 twin size beds) and towels or may request them for $15/set of sheets or have beds prepared for $30/full or queen beds and $25/twin beds. Towels are $10/set (bath towel, hand towel and wash cloth) and $10/beach towel. Guests are asked to supply their own toiletries. Reservations are secured by payment of half of the cost of the stay ($927.10) and a $500 security deposit (the SD will be returned within 2 weeks of departure if no damages are incurred). The balance is due upon check in. You may cancel your reservation up to 14 days before your stay with a full refund of the security deposit. If the house if able to be re-rented there is a $50 processing fee and we will refund what you have paid. If the house is not able to be re-rented the deposit is forfeited.
